The Elephant Bookstore has the largest selection of second-hand English books in Bulgaria, maybe even the entire Balkans!

We now have a bookshop in Sofia, in the wonderful Chai vuv Fabrikata Tea House (11, Georgi Benkovski Street) right in the middle of the city.  This is a cool and stylish venue, perfect to browse books over tea and we are very excited to be here - come and take a look for yourselves!

Our opening hours are:

Tuesday-Friday 12.00pm - 9.00pm

Saturday-Sunday 11.00am - 8.00pm.  

We have over 10,000 titles from just about every genre you can think of – perfect for big readers, information seekers and those learning the wonderful English language!

If you can't find the book you're after, just tell us the title and we'll aim to have it delivered to the bookshop within ten days.

And for those who aren’t able to come to our bookshops, we are glad to be able to offer a painless delivery service throughout Bulgaria.
